I ran out of Kanthal a few days ago. About to order some more. Been doing 32g normal coils and want to start doing micro. I will be using a 650 EVOD VV (twist) battery. I'm pretty sure I want 2ohm ish so im not draining the battery as fast. What gauge will fit and also heat up the fastest? My main goal being not having to suck (Gigity) for a super long time to get a decent hit.

Most people i see doing this are using 28g .. wouldn't this take longer to heat up then 32?

:)

i'm using 28Ga @ 12 wraps folded around a 5/64" drill bit. comes out to 1.8Ω. vapes great IMHO. though, i hear some aren't successful in making this build, so probably best to grab a variety of gauges and see what works best for you. i know i'm kicking myself for not grabbing 30Ga with my 32 and 28Ga when i ordered.

Thanks Beckdg. Good idea, I'll remember that.
