Hi. I'm new here also. I tried Tasty Puff Vanilla in 10mg nicotine strength. It was good. However, I have and still am trying samples from Virgin Vapor. Their flavors are really good and true to the names of them. They have excellent quality control and use only natural ingredients with nothing artificial. I get their 100 VG line and it is great. Some of my favorites are: Caramel Creame, Cherry Vanilla Swirl, Peach Vanilla Swirl, and Naked Vanilla. Have fun sampling and good luck!

Welcome, smooth!

Ahh, the quest for the good juice. It can be very difficult. As many have found, what some people love, others hate.

I will recommend a couple that are inexpensive:

Mount Baker's Cinnamon Roll
Hangsen Juicy Peach
Liqua Strawberry or Berry Mix

And one higher-end juice:
Good Life's Deadly Sin

I like all of these, but you may not. Do you have a B+M nearby that you could sample flavors at?

I would highly recommend Virgin Vapor 100% organic VG eliquids..they have a ton of choice to choose from: Some favorites: Plum Crazy, Celestial Honeydew (this is a favorite with new vapors), Strawberry Granita, Kona Coffee Milkshake (Another good "new vapor" and gets better with some steeping), Hummingbird Fuel, and Butter Cream Mint (Another strong flavor for new vapors).

Velvet Cloud Vapor: Recommend Night Shift, and Catherine the Grape.

Free State Vapor: CO Kona Nut, The Nillsen, and Hibiscus, Ginger, Pear

All of these are trusted US made vendors.

I'll throw another one in the cinnamon roll from mt baker vapor hat. Also their blubacco (?). Suppose to be tobacco with a hint of blueberry but it tastes EXACTLY like a blueberry muffin. Hitecvapor.com is a local B&M that does sell their juices online as well. Check out the fat monkey. They explained it to me as the bottom of a banana split. Pretty good with tons of flavors.

Heather's Heavenly Vapors:

Dragon Fire (tobacco flavored)
DD Watermelon (guess)

I got the Dragon fire in a sampler pack that I got from Heathers.
I haven't tried it yet but I have tried the Dark horse. So far I just can't put it down.
Really like it a lot. Got a sampler of Pirates Booty from Heathers also. Not tried it yet.
If the Dragon fire and Pirates booty are as good to me as the Dark horse, I may have some regulars.:vapor:

Thanks for the advice. I live in downtown Sacramento, and there are a few shops to choose from, but they all mostly carry their own house made flavors, and I was hoping to try some of the flavors that I've seen lots of great reviews about (i.e. copper creek house blend, bobas bounty, bounty hunter, etc). None of my local shops seem to carry any of those, and I suppose the point of my post is to narrow down my choices before spending all that shipping and handling $.

I very new to this as well. I found it very helpful to have found a local vapor shop where I could sample all 50 of their fruit and drink flavors before I had to buy anything. They also had samples of different nicotine amounts to try so I was able to zero in flavors I liked and nicotine concentration I enjoy. The store staff were great about explaining the differences in equipment. It was a great experience and no waiting for the product.

One other note. I used to work in the SCUBA diving industry and always feel strongly about supporting local shops or else there won't be any local shops. Just a thought.

I only have a small selection locally (living where "the sticks" import their sticks from). The flavors I've enjoyed best are Banana, blue raspberry, Raspberry, and Pomegranate, all from Lotus. Someone on the forums recommended I try banana and I've been hooked on it all weekend.

On a side note: Living in the middle of nowhere, I have no idea what a "B&M" is. Could someone please explain?

"B&M" is an abbreviation for "Brick & Mortar" .. a physical store opposed to an online one =)

While I am extremely new to vaping as well, I have been very satisfied with my Halo variety sampler pack.

Sub Zero w/ Kringle's Curse mix: Extreme menthol - almost like sucking on a cough drop - clears the throat nicely, tastes great
Tribeca - Nutty with a light tobacco flavor - Not too bad
Malibu - I didn't care for this at first, as I have never been a fan of Pina Colada, but after two days this is starting to become a favorite of mine
