Hi all, im about to get my first bottom feeder, still undecided as to what to get, but i'll like to know what the best LR attys are for these devices

i like warm to hot vapes

right now on a genny @.5 ohm on my mkb-ts, on my provari an igo-l with micro coil at 1.8 ohm @ 5.2 volts, and so on (i switch devices constantly)

so, for a similar vape (warm, flavor, dunno care much about TH), should i be gettting 306 or 510 attys?

what is, in your opinion, the best brand? I read good thing about the smartvapes and have used hh.357 in the past, but these are dripping attys

Does anyone sell 1.2 ohm ones? (Specially 306s, havent tried these)

thanks in advance

Reomiser 2 for rebuildable bottom feed atomizer. It has a ceramic bottom which REALLY helps with coil shorts. And a nice hole in the atty that sucks whatever juice not used back into the bottle.

You seem to be accustomed to rebuilding, which is good, because I've not come across any nonrebuildable attys below 1.5 ohms. A good low res atty could be found at empiremods.com.

Yeah i have my rebuldable skills broken down, and i am getting a rm2, but i was wondering about ordering a few regular attys to have at hand, it's been a loooong time since my hh357 died on me (great while it lasted) and those bauhays (cant recall the spelling right now) were pretty bad.

Thanks for the input anyway

I have a Cyclone, and Era paid twice what I paid for the Reomizer VS2
and the Reomizer beats them hands down.

The Reomizer has a hole in the bottom and when you squonk the wick gets wet and the bottle draws the excess down so you never get a saturated or a dry vape.

It's also economical because you don't need a wick that wraps all around the APV just a small 3/8 Piece of Ceramic Wick does the trick.

The other designs the holes are in the middle of the post and raised so the liquid is spit out but not sucked back down.

The Reomizer is coated with Porcelain on the bottom so you don't risk shorts.

It's simply the best for bottom feeding. In my humble opinion.

they tomz, thanks, yeah by now I'm pretty sure that the best RDA for bottom feeder is the RM2

but I was asking about the best regular, non-rebuildable, disposable, atomizer

something like: 'what's the HH.357 for bottom feeders?'

i just want to revisit some atty vaping now and then after +1 year without one

since I started vaping my experience with them was pretty much hh.357 and a bawhay (or something like it) that lasted just one day and threw away

I use the Stingray from House of Vapor as my dripping atty on my Reo Grand. I can give it a huge thumbs up. I've been on this thing for about a month now, and it's just a champ. I would say it's about as close to a 357 you can get, and for $8.99 (less than half the cost of a 357) you owe it to yourself to try one.

Make sure to order the open bottom option for bottom feeding.

Wouldn't that be the HH357? Anyway, out of my price range. I use Joyetech LR306 (1.5Ω) attys. They are the same kind I use for dripping and make me quite happy on the BFs.

hh.357 is a dripping atty, they are not good (at least that's what i understand) for bottom feeding

I used Empire Mods 1.8Ohms and they were the best, but I can't remember at what Voltage I vaped them at. I tried the 1.5Ohm Empire and it didn't work as well. Ikenvape is legendary but I haven't tried them. I did try the Vapeage atomizers and wasn't thrilled with the taste. I believe the Cisco Aeros were good but that's way back. [Can't remember]

Sorry about that. I thought I read about people using them with bottom-feeders too. As I said, it's out of my price range so I haven't paid close attention. ;)

HH357s can be used for bottom feeding. There are Reo users who use them. I used to use the regular 1.5 Cisco atties from Avid before rebuildables which I keep for emergencies (never needed to use one yet though). A tad bit more than your average disposable atty but less than half the price of a HH357 & no need to wait for one to get built. I prefered the bridged over unbridged (unbridged seemed like they flood easier) but some prefer the unbridged.

I am kind of surprised no-one has mentioned the Vapage Bottom Feeding AMG Hybrid Atty (Slant coil spec). It's not proprietary to the vapage line and works well with BF's with large drip wells. The 1.5's sell out pretty quickly....but seem to be re-stocked often. Here's what the inside looks like close up:

I use 1.5 ohm Vapage hybrid slant coil atties on both my Vapage VMod 2s. I've tried numerous other atties on the VMods---510s, LR306s, Kanger horizontal bottom coil cartos with the filler removed (just pull out the fiber batting and center tube with needlenose pliers, and Voilà! instant atomizers)---but something about the two-chamber design of the VMods tends to result in flooding too often with most of those. The AMG hybrids don't flood.

On my other bottom feeders---two Phids, two Luicy Juicies, an Old Goat, and a Missy Wetbox---I tend to use the Kanger cartos-converted-into-atties. Both 2.0 ohm regular size and 2.5 ohm XXL (very long). The Kangers are cheap ($2 each), produce very clean flavor, and last as long as regular atties. The only caveat is that the Kangers work a little better on sealed-tube feed systems. With needle-fed bottom feeders---the Old Goat, Wetbox, and one of the Phids---the needle blocks some of the air flow, so the draw is significantly tighter. I've cut down the needles on those three, so they no longer extend up into the atty/carto. I have to squonk a bit harder, since juice has to be "shot" further into the atty to soak the coils, but I appreciate the more relaxed draw.

I've tried the 1.7-ohm SmokTech Super-Shorty cartos---essentially half-length Resurrectors---and those work acceptably well, but I change juices often, and filler cartos aren't convenient for that. They need to be rinsed out under a forceful stream of hot water, then blown out and allowed to dry overnight. I ended up dedicating each SuperShorty to a single juice. Generally, though, I stick with atties in my bottom-feeders.

So there's a bottom feed mod called "Missy Wetbox"?
