Need some advice, I cannot decide and have been looking for 2 weeks now, just can't make up my bind. What is the best mechanical mod (in your own opinion) that can be purchased for $250 or less? I have been looking at the Vanilla from smoke e mountain in copper/brass/ss, local vape shop has it. Also been looking at rival in ss. they are the exact same price. Is there a mod I am not seeing or missing that would be good? I thought about the private v2 from grand vapor as well, but I had the trident dripper v1 from grand vapor and I hated it. post links/pics if you can please. Thanks for any advice you can give!

Japanese-made and the threading is just the best I have seen (based on the youtube review that I saw). The dude just gave it a spin the the piece just piece just kept on spinning till it's tight. Real nice craftmanship.

Still trying to tell myself that it's not worth $220. Really glad they there's a waiting list for the 2-tone or else I probably would have pulled the trigger already

Have this coming in the mail. Really stoked to try it out.

The best mech mod is the Puresmoker Prodigy V3 - the one that got me off cigarettes a few years ago. For today's standards you will hear everything, but the one that's THE BEST is the one, TO YOU, is the best looking, with the least amount of voltage drop, comfortable in hand with options that allow for adjustments and coupled with a smooth switch.

The craftsmanship and collectibility of mechs up in that price range are all about the same. You obviously don't have to pay that high price for performance and durability...

Honestly, you're just going to have to decide what looks the sexiest to you.

First world problems eh? :p
Well...I dunno about that.

I have some mods that are in the $200-$250 range that don't even come close to being that same quality as something like a GP Paps X or the Nemesis.

There are lots of really great mechanicals to choose from. That said, there are no mechanicals that are perfect for everyone, and there never will be. I like my Chi You the best, but it's kind of clubby when compaired to my Nemmy which I think is the best looking. The Caravela is also nice. Just understand that both form & function are in the eye of the beholder, and no one else has to like it.
