I like this one
https://domovaporco.com/product/the-ramble/#!prettyPhoto

Japanese-made and the threading is just the best I have seen (based on the youtube review that I saw). The dude just gave it a spin the the piece just piece just kept on spinning till it's tight. Real nice craftmanship.

Still trying to tell myself that it's not worth $220. Really glad they there's a waiting list for the 2-tone or else I probably would have pulled the trigger already

Now that is one killer looking mech. I may have to try one some day.

Hands down.

Hits harder than my nemesis and the quality in the design and machining is out of this world.

Best mod I've used to date.

This thing looks great, and over the time spent on this forum I know GP to be a great well known brand. never heard anything bad about them, I'm pretty well planning on the vanilla, but considering this as well, does it have 18650 mode? I went to my local vape shop today to go ahead and buy the Rival.. It was there last night when I called. It was gone today when I got there after work. A semi local has the vanilla copper in stock its about a 30 min drive to get. but considering doing so next week. They are closed on sundays of course ....

Look at switch design to make sure there is a lot of meat in contact with ground for good voltage drop numbers.
Brass vs SS has nearly the same voltage drop.
Bad switch design vs good switch design has big voltage drop difference.
Find out if switch can be edge pressed without binding.
Look for batt contact pins with substantial sized threads; like M5-0.8.

Yes. It can be run in 18650, 18500 and 18350. All with a kick.

Don't sleep on it. Seriously.

My 18650 mech mod vote would be to the Stingray Copper Black mod by JD Tech,

My 26650 mech mod vote goes to The Big Nasty by Tatroe Mods. Both Very nice beautifully crafted mechanicals.

I love the nemmys. Versatile and just nice.
Stingray would be a nice addition too just because it's got a nemmy styled switch.

That being said, you can't go wrong with a Super T mod!!!! My $125 P+ still rocking with the best of them. Simplicity damn good too and the ELA is just as good.

I still think the super t warranty makes it the best you can buy.

Best is a relative term, whats best for one person may not be best for someone else.
I have clones that work just as well as high end mods, but I will leave them out of this.
As for what is best for me, I'm gonna have to go with any metal Reo, and the Nzonic V3.
Reo Mods are tried and true, they just work, and work great.
The Nzonic V3, can take any 18xxx battery, with or without a kick, and I love how little throw the switch has, as well as the smoothness from having magnets instead of a spring.

I would recommend the Poldiac by MMV. They have a sell on this weekend for the Version 1 series for 99 euros that ends at 1:00 am EST Monday morning. The normal price is 150 euros.
I received my first Poldiac about 10 days ago and like it so much that I ordered another one this weekend during the sale.

Considering getting the UMA 18650. It wasnt my first choice for a mod due to the side button (i prefer the bottom style) but its definitely a good price on it.

I actually bought one of the clones to see if I liked the side button and fell in love with this style of mod after using it for a couple of weeks. The side button just fits my hand so good and is easier to use than a bottom button to me now. That is the reason for the purchase of two original Poldiacs.

I just got the Poli clone from FT,the Davapes model.and let me tell you, this is one hell of a mech mod, just make sure you reglue the magnets on good and sand the button pin to expose the brass,i dont think its a silver coating. This thing hits just as hard or more than my M16 or my brass Nemmy, the Poldiac is a GREAT mod.

Yes,the side button on the Poli is amazing, mine is easy too press too,i was thinkn if you want a shorter throw, just use a 10 ga button pin instead of the 12 ga,sorry not trying too take over your thread Zac.

As much input as anyone wants to put in is appreciated man! Here is a question for a Poldiac guy though.. What is the difference between the Poldiac AMU and the Poldiac Belial? They look the same to me and are described basically the same..
