I've been really happy with my GUS Telescope mod. I use a 16350 battery at work and on the go. At home I drop in the 18650.

Last I spoke with Vapor Revolution they had them in stock. (NOTE: Their online shop does not reflect current inventory.)

QZI Megatron hybrid mod 18350 also comes with a 510 connection so you can use other 510 devices. In hybrid mode it makes you really want to use a dual wick because the topcap comes with 2 airholes (adjustable!) you can align for each wick position. I've started to lung draw on this thing like it was an analog for more vapor.

The US online distributor for this always has around 5 in stock/week.

just got the GP PAPS v2.1, great device, comes with 18350, 18500, 18650, 1880 tube options.
Not too expensive, waiting time is still bearable ...
