Best mod for aspire Atlantis

Hey there Kevsters, A mech mod would work fine with the atlantis, only downfall Is you can't adjust your voltage/wattage. the amount of ohms of your coil will be your only adjustment. With that being said I would highly recommend a vv/vw device. Now most of the tube vv devices out there (vamo ect.) only go up to 20-30 watts which would work ok... I know you say your not a fan of box mods but if you want an Ideal setup then I would go with a 50+ watt device so you have some room. I have a segelei 100w and I can pretty much use any tank, Rta, Rba, Rda ect. Short answer- any device with 50+ watts.

I have a ZNA zen 50 watt clone. 69 dollars on ebay, went with the cloupor zna 50 works great for atlantis just got it today and I know I dont have to say it but it is SICK!!!! best 28 dollars I ever spent!!! So yeah cloupor zna 50 watt is great and not a box, very small fits in my pocket, I even use it at work!! Im a chef. Hope this helps.

I'm using mine with a Skeleton Key Clone ATM, I love it. I have also been looking at RBA's and a few different Mech Mods and I like the fact that they will all be interchangeable. The Atlantis/ SK combo is great combo IMO, vapes like a champ. The only drawback is I go through a tank rather quickly, she's kind of a hog, but I still love her.

So, I just bought my first mech...a 4Nine.
The center pin on the Atlantis doesn't come through the top of the mech far enough.
I had sparks coming out of the thing.
Is this usually an issue when pairing mechs and toppers? Do most RDAs, RBAs, RTAs, whatever, have adjustable center pins?
I want to use this tank, I just need to find a mod that will work.

I've been usiing an Atlantis full time for a week on my first box mod, an IPV 2s. 5 adjustable watt presets (7-60), aluminum body, USB charging. 30 watts max is enough for me for now but USB charging and the presets are keepers. The battery door is attached with tiny screws that would be hard to find if dropped.

The instructions say don't vape while the device is charging. I've been ignoring that and detect no harm but can anyone who knows explain why this caution is given? Most devices that charge via USB don't have this restriction.

Is there a tube shaped mod, that can power the Atlantis, with pre sets, USB charging in use, hit counter, battery access without tools, same or better battery endurance?

I use 1.2 nic. With the atlantis 8 watts is enought if I can vape at will. If I want a nic overload in a hurry some strong hits at 20-25 watts will do it. Making impressive clouds sounds like fun but avoiding cigs is my priority for now and the Atlantis is my best tool for that at the moment.

I'm not sure if all of them do but mine has an adjustable pin for the contact/hold the battery in place tight and it adjusts so the topper sits flush.

It DOES work with the 4Nine! You have to make sure the coil is screwed onto the base, not into the top half. My 4Nine shocked me a bit when I tried it the other way, but when I changed it around, it worked very well ;)

So far my Hana DNA 30 V3, Poldiac, Nanos, Vanilla, and 4Nine (authentics) all work well with the Aspire Atlantis when the coil is screwed securely to the base. Got an orders in for a SMPL mod and a Tarsius leather covered dual 18650 mech box and will be using the Atlantis on both. Still like my Kayfuns/Orchid/Zenith V2 for when I'm at home, but the Atlantis will be my go to for work. Nice tank!

I screwed the coil into the Atlantis base, and then screwed that onto the tank, if that's what you mean. It would fire sometimes, and then sometimes not.
After the sparks incident, I put it away for awhile.
I got to wondering if using button or flat top would have any bearing...thinking that maybe a flat top might not work as well in the 4nine...any thoughts?
I bought some efest 18650 2500mah 35A button top batts, and that's what I was using when it sparked.
I have some of the AW IMR 18650 2000mah 10A, but it doesn't look safe, to me, to use those with the Atlantis, in a mech.
Like I said before, this is my first mech, so ANY thoughts are more than welcomed.

The topper sits flush on the inside of the mod? Meaning, the center pin of the topper is flush internally, when it's screwed onto the mod?

Hi TheNewkevsters,

I currently work at a vape shop and have had the pleasure of using the Aspire Atlantis Tank. I have used my own Mechanical mod and have pushed 8.4Volts to my Atlantis and experienced a great Tasteful, Gigantic Cloud with Zero Burnt Taste. While it surely works great at 30Watts, it powers incredibly at 141Wattage. For Safety, I would get a mod that goes anywhere up to 100-150 wattage, that can handle .5 ohms.

Noob here. Got a question.
whats the best mod for the aspire Atlantis.
just bought one today but want to upgrade my mod with it.
looked at the Aspire Sub Ohm but want something that's compatible with my rebuildables as well.
Not a big fan of box mods but open for suggestion.
