Any recommendations on good chargers that will charge both my Ego Twist and Vision Spinners? The charges I have are the ones that came with generic starter kits and they are starting to get all wonky on me. Better get new chargers!

You'll need a charger CORD that's compatible with the eGo/Vision (they both use the same type....)...
BUT!! The wall-wart is the key!! The cheapo thing that came with my starter kit was rated 150mA output!! It took over TEN HOURS to charge ONE eGo-C Twist 650!!!
I now use the wall-wart that came with my iPhone -- it's rated at 5.0v @ 1A....the eGo's now charge in less than 2 1/2 hours!! The iPad wall-wart is rated at 2.1A, FWIW....
