I highly recommend TastyVapor.us I have tried their: atomic cinnacide, kretek, peach cobbler, mint chocolate chip, buttered rum, boston cream pie, and blueberry cheesecake. I really liked ALL of them except the peach cobbler I was less crazy about. Once you find flavor(s) you like, getting 0nic doublers to mix with high-nic 1oz bottles to get your preferred strength is really cost effective. The flavors are very nicely pronounced compared to other vendors I tried in the early days. I prolly should branch out more and try new vendors but...why? I'm happy.
Low cost is subjective.....
Check out Backwoods Brew; he makes some of the absolute best.
I use allot of V4L liquids and their 555 is my favorite but Tasty vapor has excellent juice and a good quantity with their doublers and for price Madvapes has an excellend deal on eliquid and I buy there also.

Goodprophets.com has a great deal on their VG line. $8 for 30ml and $1 for 3ml samplers. So far I have tried the Camel 24mg, the Menthol 24mg, the Rad Bull 18mg and the Blended TAB 24 MG. All four are VERY good, the TAB is not my favorite but the others are excelent.

Freedomsmokeusa ; AWESOME customer service, great liquids, acurate tastes like their kiwi is incredible you can almost taste the juice of the fruit. Great tobacco flavors as well. They also provide strange juice like bread crust, pizza, also very acurate. BIG PLUS their liquids are CRYSTAL CLEAR, your atomizers will feel in heaven !

I agree.. I like them a lot...also like VB, have a couple from Nhaler that I like too...
I like FreedomSmokeUSA - great service, fresh juices (let them sit for a couple of days after you get them for the best flavor), good prices, big selection of flavors, and great sales - I just bought 360ml for $90. I especially like their RY4 and Wyatt Earp tobacco blends.
I also like the juices from Gourmet Vapor especially their Seattle Blend, which is one of my favorites, and they will also let you mix your own blends on their web site, which is convenient, but their prices are a little high, so watch for their sales....

The fsusa liquid is transparent, tastes like the description and with their current sale of 120ml for $30, made in USA, including the nic, I'm spending a little (several times) to get excellent quality liquid for 25 cents a ml on sale No probs with clogging attys and the flavors are sooo yum
