Best place to buy e liquid base

I was wanting to find a good place to buy a vg, 12 mg nic base for DIY e liquid. I found a site that says it is made in the USA with a pretty low price and was wondering if it is a good place to buy from or if anyone else has bought from them. I use them. Have 20mg Nic 100% VG from them and am enjoying it. I also get their Chocolate in the same setup.

Thanks SupplyDaddy! I just came across them when looking for some base for mixing my own flavors and they have the best prices I have seen so far.
So they have a good chocolate flavoring? I have been looking for a good chocolate flavoring too.

I can't say that is is the best chocolate..... It's better to me than many I have found. Sadly, I have a hard time DIYing chocolate. So, this is where I get it now, already mixed.

And just to clarify.. I had just made another order on Friday.. LOL
