I have been vaping for 10 days, and am pleased to say i have not had an analog in that amount of time!! i am feeling great, and am really glad that all the guilt and shame that i felt when smoking is no longer a part of my day to day life

Since i am brand new to this i have just been using the juice that the store where i bought my 510 had. I think its just called USA blend, which he said was a regular smoke. all he seemed to have was this juice and a menthol flavor juice, which i assumed were the only options available.

after reading this forum a few days i see people have all sorts of flavors such as blueberry, etc.

two questions....

1 - can you use any brand of juice in a 510, or are they all made brand specific?
2 - where is best place to order new juice from?

thanks in advance

Somewhere High.
If you are wanting to create your own unique flavor, try Gourmet Vapor. You can make any type of recipe you want from their drop down list of flavors, custom nic level, and double or triple you flavor. Keep in mind though that some flavor such as Cinnamon, and some fruit flavors are pretty strong. This list has the more popular flavors which they sell more of which have already been tried and true by many if you are not wanting your own recipe. Personally I've had about a 50/50 success rate creating my own juice. I've realized that I'm no cook by any form of the imagination. My personal favorite from GV is the Vanilla Gorilla, 80PG/20VG, 24 MG nic, double flavor. They are having a 50% off sale until May 31st right now. The coupon code is mygv50

You can use any juice you like, it's not brand specific.

For the best place, you'll get almost as many answers as there are people answering. I would check out the juice review forum for some ideas.

I would recommend getting alot of smaller bottles instead of 1 bigger bottle at first until you narrow down your favorites. You'll get to try more flavors that way and won't wind up with huge bottles of something you may not like.

I completely agree. Try various vendors and start small with sample bottles. I got a little over zealous and now have a tremendous amount of juices from all over. After a while I simply ordered sample packs from a few places and finally found the juice I like.

Definately go to the e-juice review forums and read til your eyes bleed. The variety of juices is amazing and the advice is even more so.

You're going to discover you make a few mistakes and most likely will end up with some rather blech flavors. Don't worry, you'll find your all day vape and when you do it'll make everything all the clearer for you.

Not all juice is created equal.

Many vendors have a specific taste to their base that you can either love or hate or not taste at all. So I agree about the samples and will add not ordering too much from any one vendor. Flowery, perfumey, chemically, etc things some people can taste that others don't. Pick a few you like in food, pick a few odd balls for fun--I've been surprised many times on what I like. Variety makes vaping 1000X more fun than smoking.

My favorite vendor is BackwoodsBrew.net, but he's on the beach until June 3. Vaperite.com and VirginVapors.com have organic and natural flavoring, if that's your preference.

Welcome to ECF and get ready to have fun with vaping.

I to am pretty new to vaping. I ordered from several different places to "play the field " so to speak, so that I can try to find the flavor that would help me quit. I recommend "FreedomSmokeUSA", They Have 2 different Sample sizes available, 2ml & 5 ml (both are small bottles at low prices so you can try a bunch of differet flavors) and hundreds of flavors. They process and ship really fast too. They even Tossed in a couple freebies on my last big order. Also DIY Flavor Shack has small sample sizes available real cheap & tons of flavors, and they even have a value menu. Both places offer wide variations of PG/VG mixes and Nicotine Strengths. Once you get to Understand E-Juices better, and find your likes and dislikes, they can even make you any custom flavor/strength mix you want or offer supplies for you to start mixing your own flavors and strengths. Both places have exxcellent reputations here on the forum as well, Which is how I found them, and chose to use them. I am also planning on ordering some juices from Backwoods Brew as I have heard tons of incredible things here on the forum about their flavors as well. However they only offer 6ml bottles or larger so I have to wait until next paycheck(spent a fortune on sample packs trying to find good all day vape quickly). Being new I thought I would prefer the taste, and have the best luck quitting, with a pretty plain "ashtray" tobacco flavor similar to my analogs. To my suprise it was quite the contrary. I actually started vaping a fruity tobacco flavor all day. The flavor is "Kickin Apple" from FreedomSmoke. It came with the "flavored tobacco" 5ml samples pack I ordered, and It's friggin awesome. It starts with a light sweet fresh apple pie filling taste, which mellows into a smooth subtle smokey tobacco flavor. I was finally able to put down the analogs all together once I got this flavor in the mail. Their Cocoa Chaos is amazing as well.

This is turning into an awesome thread! A sticky may be in order for newbies. A list of suppliers that have various sample packs would have been an extremely wonderful thing to have in my tool box when I got started. It sure would have saved me some serious grief about buying 10ml bottles of some juice I will absolutely NEVER vape.

Madvapes - http://madvapes.com
Blue Mist Vaping - http://bluemistvaping.com

Both of these vendors have sampler packs too. Bluemist has 5x 10ml sampler bundles for only 20 bucks :) Then again from my experience with them Rob's stuff over from bluemist is hit and miss. Sometimes it's perfect, sometimes it has a chemical taste, even after steeping. Got a 5 pack of samplers from him 2 months ago, all of them had the bad chemical taste/smell. Hard to explain, but it might be a liquor/vodka smell. That or.. I don't know.. Acetone?

I've had great experiences with madvapes, and find them to be the cheapest on ejuice besides Vaporrenu EASILY. $7.99 for 30 ml, they have a ton of flavors, from Top Vapors. It's really good tasting stuff too! Jason over at VaporRenu has some good tasting stuff too, no chemical taste, but they don't have carto's/cart's/addys, or hardware, just ejuice.

Madvapes is a better all around one stop shop, having hardware, carto's, attys ect, on top of having a large variety of great tasting juices at amazingly low prices.

Many people will tell you many different things, as many of us have brand loyalty to a certain vendor(s) that we like the best. Some vendors have better ejuice than others, but in the end it all matters to individual taste, what works best for you, and what vendor is the most convenient to you. There is no best, but what is best for you.

510 is a specific thread type. Here is a list of vendors that have samplers. If anyone knows of more vendors, please post away and let me know.
