I bought 1.15 litres directly from Boge. They certainly don't make it easy though... and it ends up costing more in shipping/Western Union than the liquid cost in the first place.
You go to their web site, then email them. Wait for email response. Ask for price list. Wait for email response. Place order by email. Wait for email response. Western Union the money. Email Western Union information. Wait for email confirmation. Wait for shipping.
I think all told, it cost me $137.

Therer is no 36mg flavor made from BOGE currently, highest we make is 26mg, no higher than this..

The government in China has ordered that liquids are not to be made in a nicotine content above 26mg. However... many other countries do make 36 mg still, and it will be imported by Suppliers as they find those countries and companies I'm sure. I knew it was coming... and stocked up with about 800ml of 36mg.
I'm hoping once testing is done and accepted by governments/medical organizations on how much nicotine we actually are getting in our systems, they'll start making it again.
You can still find it, but supplies are dwindling...

Even at that is still only cost you about $3.57 per 30ml or $1.78 for 15ml. That's a deal I can live with.
I can kinda understand not making flavored juice in the higher levels, but naked? That's gonna be cut anyhow. The only reason for buying naked is if your gonna cut it and flavor it. It's a shame things have gotten like this. If all you can get is 26mg, you can't even make your own juice at 24mg. Heck, many recipes couldn't even be made at 18 mg by the time you got the flavoring in and that's without adding any PG. The flavoring alone would dilute 26 below the 18mg level.
@chemist = I'd be in, but unsure where to resource it from, as stated, Boge/Dekang is no longer offering > 26mg. and it's not that great of a pricing doing it in 30ml bottles, so..if you find a bulk source for 36mg unflavored, and we can confirm it seems ok (people have used it, has an MSDS, no unexpected contents), let me know.

I have some 48 offered by another forum supplier, check the suppliers general forum, not sure if he has his own forum or not.
Honestly, I'd be quite content buying a half liter of 72mg unflavored, if only it were offered. Still working on DIY mixtures, but longer term, it's really not sane/$$ to be spending nearly $1/ml for 'US' (cough Chinese) liquids.

Wow some of you must have no taste buds left... at most I have used maybe 3-5 drops of flavoring per 2ml of unflavored juice and that came out strong... but each to his own and whatever floats ya boat but wow thats a lot of flavor to be added...
I have put an order in with myfreedomsmokesusa.... he changed his mind on the 48.. i dont mind that..(just wish i had ordered sooner but he says he will still have the 36 so no more hunting for me...

3-5 drops = what percentage of that 2ml?
I just measure everything by ml or fractions thereof, no idea what 'size' a drop is, and diff bottles = different drop sizes..is that like 10%, 20%, 25%?
