Best place to buy small bottles?

I went to US Plastics and was going to buy 20ea 10ml bottles for around 4 bucks. When I went to check out the shipping was going to be over 5 bucks!

I thought ok, if I order more bottles the shipping will be about the same. But no, it kept going much higher. Fifty bottles were close to 7 bucks. Sheez! They are making out on shipping, that's for sure.

Are there better shipping prices out there than that? Where do you guys get your bottles?

I searched 4-EVER on all the different bottles. Price matched, even checking he-bay. USPlastics is the one I ended up going with. I did the same thing with the sh. Just mess around till you get it in the range you want (tho I don't think you are going to get under 4bucks)
I did buy my glass bottles from the auction place. There are a zillion vendors, just have to search for what you want. A lot to be found under: lab equipment, aromatherapy, and crafts.

NOTE: if you do order from USPlastics... and you want clear bottles, order the ones that come in the display w/3 different short/fat bottles (one blue). Those are EXACTLY the same as the white bottles (tall thin, like comes from Cignot) except that they are just clear. Had to find that out the hard way.

Suggestion: while you are ordering, you might as well get some 3ml bottles. Those are the sample size and great for trying out things, trading, carrying in your pocket for topping off, etc

Specialty Bottle looks good too, I'll have to compare prices next time.
Edit: looks like Specialty Bottle is cheaper especially for the amber glass bottles.

Thanks! I didn't see any with droppers (in the plastic section), but they have a VERY nice selection of the glass bottles. Certainly saves time from searching ebot endlessly!

I went ahead and orderd from CandleChem. The smallest that Specialty Bottle had was 60ml. Neither of the sites have the 10ml bottles that I'd perfer. I had to get 7.5 instead. I also got 15 and 30s. Good deal though with the 5 buck flat rate shipping.

Huh? Specialty Bottle starts at 1 dram (3.7ml) vials with dropper tops and 1/2 oz. (15ml) bottles with dropper tops and sizes go up from there. So they do have the 15ml you want...

I just got some on ebay.
What I got was 10-3ml bottles for 7.00 free shipping.
I dont know if you are wanting large amounts or not but for a small amount it works.

I'm looking for plastic bottles. I can't use glass. I'd drop them on concrete and that would be that.

$13 to ship a $25 order from MA to CA via UPS Ground!?!? that's obscene! I pay a flat $16 to ship from CHINA!!!

So i killed the order and went to Specialty Bottle who has a much better selection anyway.

These guys seem like a good deal-- on plastic bottles. The $5 flat rate does NOT apply to glasswares or bulk/wholesale orders as per their site.

I just ordered 200 6ml & 200 3ml plastic dropper bottles. Shipping via USPS $22.
Shipping glass to an island can be as much as +60% of material costs-- which sux, but you do what ya gotta do.

I got my order today, I ordered the plastic bottles. I'm sorry if I mislead anyone here about the shipping costs. I'll go back and look at their shipping policy again.
EDIT: Yes glassware is an extra charge, makes sense as it has to be packed with more care than plastic, I'm sorry about this please accept my apology.

I'm impressed with the site and all the great folks here and their willingness to help others learn. So much so that I became a supporting member tonight. I imagine it costs quite a bit to run a forum like this so I thought I'd chip in some.

I got mine from CandleChem. To make it worthwhile I bought a dozen 30ml, 24 - 15ml and 24 - 7.5ml.
