Hee - loaded question which I'm sure you'll be getting around 1000 replies on.
I have been using MyFreedomSmoke.com exclusively for months. Prices and flavors are great if you buy in volume (125ml+) and 4 days order to door. They also have mix kits and such if you want to try your hand at that.
Customer service is unbeatable and mamacat is here on the forum daily to help out with anything you need...anything.

Lots of good places to get juice. If cost is an issue, mist-stix has juice for $9 for 30ml, and their juice is good. I also like ecigsmokestore because Dawn can whip up a batch of some very tasty juice! Some folks really like the juice from Janty. Other folks can recommend other places where they've gotten great juice, as well.
