http://www.ecigexpress.com has an AMAZING DIY selection and good prices. They have starter kits to get you going even. And a crazy amount of flavors from several vendors. I don't do DIY but even I've bought MTS vape wizard and a few others to enhance the juices I buy.
Been to their shop myself many a time, but they get orders out fast.

Do you know good vendors in Canada? It's more difficult with our F.....G customs...
RTS vapes and Wizard for liquid, both for flavours too - the choice is numbing really! Avoid bacon flavour!

I just placed an order with RTS Vapes on Thursday for lots of DIY stuff...got an email saying it will be shipped on Monday...can't wait to get everything to try! Was going to order from ecigexpress, but then saw RTS Vapes and they were better priced than ecigexpress...just hope quality doesn't suffer from cheap prices...we shall see. I may place a smaller order with ecigexpress and compare the two.
I will tell you this, RTS quality is fantastic. It's the only place I order from. the prices are great and they have a ton of other supplies too, their nicotine is great and the shipping dept gets it out fast. rts all the way.
