I can say from experience that Vapornine has some good liquids at decent prices. There carolina and Hilton juices are great, and they ship super fast. Most orders get here in two days (they ship from florida, and I'm in california).
I also just made an order with cigeasy to try out his juices. He has the best prices in the states and ships relatively quickly; Frank is also awesome to deal with! I won't know if his juice is any good until they arrive, but all of his other products are great.

I just bought like 10 -12 3ml from nuvape and some empty bottles free shipping and only spent $20. This is my first juice order other than menthol and marlbro.
Okay, I decided to go with Puresmoker.com. Ordered Riskee juice at 11mg. It came to $15.94, one dollar more than I spent on the bottle from the smoke shop. I would have spent that much on gas!

I have found that 49% PG flavorless nic-juice + 49% plain VG+ 2% LorAnn's flavoring= Nice flavored, lower nic content, smoke juice. With lots of vapor.
