Hi DBL. Welcome to the forums. There's really no best just depends on what kind of RY4 you're looking for. It's typically a pretty sweet caramel/vanilla mixed with a backo style flavor.

I like Elixir Liquids recipe for a really sweet RY4 and Backwoods Brew for a Non sweet styled RY4. There's a HUGE RY4 thread up already you should check out for more opinions...

Unfortunately there is no "best". There are only suggestions for any juice as everyone's taste is different. Personally, I like the BWB (Backwoods Brew) RY4. http://www.backwoodsbrew.net/index....category_id=1&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=19

Sounds like you might wanna try out a Flue Cured or a 555 style then to be safe. If that's too tobacco-ish then move up to an RY.

The French Pipe flavor from Highbrow Vapor is good - not too sweet nice and smokey. So far i have liked this better than any of the RY4 flavors i have tried.

I have to agree with bigtiime...everyone has different tastes. I prefer Ikenvape's RY4.
