I'm really enjoying the SmokeTech 1.7ohm cartos, also known as the "Resurrectors", on my Twist. definitely the best carto I have used to date. Plus I got an awesome deal on them! Crystal Clear vaping sells different cartos in bundles of 15 for $21, with a free drip tip. Shipping is free as well, so a great deal all around. The SmokeTech 1.7ohms are one of the cartos included in the 15 bundle deal.

Hope that helps!

I use Smoktech Pro DCT tanks on my Silver Bullet and BB. I was gonna try some XL Boge's in place of the Smoktech DCT, but with all the quality control issues going on with Boge right now I thought better of it. I've not been totally satisfied with punching my own cartos, so looked for single coil XL that had options for pre-punched cartos. I went directly to the manufacturer:

Single Coil XL Tank Cartomizer for the SmokTank XL

I switched out around 5 tanks that had dual coil cartos to the new single coil. I got one and two holed cartos, all 2.0 resistance. Used the one hole with thin or normal juices, and the two hole for thicker juices. Working out very nice thus far. The single coils should be friendlier to battery life. I've not noted any difference in vapor production, throat hit, or flavor in the tanks that I made the switch. In fact, they seem to be working better than the dual coils in general. Happy I made the switch.

I'll actually disagree with the 1.7 ohm XL LR Smoktech carto recommendation. Since your using a VV now. You don't need LR which is primarily used with 3.7 and lower devices.

I would recommend a SR carto (2.8-3ohms) since you can utilize the full range of voltages. Either a Smoktech or a Boge would be your best bet. I usually get mine from Health Cabin since I know that they are going to be the authentic Boges. Only saying that since I see people complaining that they have changed somehow. Having different markings and rubbing tops (condoms).

If you buy in bulk than the EMS shipping won't be that bad. Plus, you'll get it a lot quicker than the standard shipping. That can take about a month to be delivered.

I guess it depends on what you're after... I like fairly powerful hits. I use the 1.7 ohm cartos with my twist turned up to 4.0 to 4.2 volts, and it's a nice combination for me. When I was using 2 ohm cartos on a standard ego I got really sick of having to suck for what seemed like forever before I got a satisfying hit.

Hoosier has good deals on the 1.7s too, if you don't want to invest in a whole 15 pack at first - $1.49 each.
