So, I jumped in and ordered my v2(black w/ blue led) and would like to get a tank to go with it. Everyone seems to recommend the phiniac, so that is what I have decided on.

Of the three sizes, which best matches the diameter of the provari?

Also, I haven't settled on a juice yet, so I would probably want to switch up flavors once in a while. Should I get the shorty?

Thanks!

I have a mini I just got the regular sized Phiniac in today. I believe the diameter is the same on all of them, its just the height that is different. I would think the regular size would look best on your V2. It's actually kind of big on mine.

I've been doing quite a bit of research on tanks over the last couple of months. As I am also considering getting a Provari when the new colors come out next month, I've been looking at tanks that are an aesthetic fit for it. A couple of random pics, followed by specific Provari tanks threads:

I own some provaris, you should know the colored Pyrex tubes run a bit wider, might interfere with the sleek look you are going for. I have been using the mini for the last week, and the extened carto make filling so much easier. How much do you vape, take a look at a mini for your first purchase because it will not be your last. Try the slap yo mamma refilling tool, makes it that much easier and can replace you inner o rings.

Just a quick FYI. The Phiniac tank diameters run the same within their color category. For example, the clear tubes all have the same diameter, differing only in their length (shorty, regular, and XL-v2). Same goes for the colored tubes, all the same diameter.

The colored tubes (amber, green, and blue) run wider in diameter than the clears, and the black I believe is even wider.

The carto that you wish to use therefore would be a factor in which size tube length you order.

I also highly recommend the Slap yo Moma tank filling tool. Best $12 I ever spent.

I received the Pro-V SS tank today. It's a great looking tank that really fits well and looks at home on the ProVari. The machining on the end caps is pretty good, though I do wish they better matched to the motif on the ProVari.

Overall I'm glad I bought it but I still prefer the Phiniac tanks. They don't look quite as clean but I much prefer Pyrex glass so I don't have to worry about what liquids may or may not crack it. I also think the end caps are of a little higher quality on the Phiniac. I wish it was possible to have a Pyrex tank with the smaller width that matched the ProVari but it would leave no space for liquid. Even as is on the Pro-V it doesn't hold all that much, without looking at specs I'd say 3.5-4ml. It's still adequate, but any future tanks I buy will be Phiniac and of course the rebuildable atomizers are always an option too.

Pic of my current setup, including the newest addition of the blue Provari and a Pro V cartomator tank.

Tripple V 7ml pyrex tank on the SB and a hybrid Bella Ellegance tank with a Phiniac pyrex tube on the BB and Provari in the second pic.

Not a fan of polycarbonate plastic tubes. I'm currently looking for a replacement pyrex tube to put on the Pro V cartomator. It looks like the Siam Mods pyrex tubes and/or the pyrex tubes from IBTanked may hold promise. The Phiniac tube looks roughly wider by 2-3 mm than the cartomator tube.
