Most cloud chaser's don't use tanks and prefer drip rebuildable atomizers. There is other important factors beside the topper. More vg will help with vapor production, as well as proper air flow. Lastly a lower resistance is another important factor, the provari may cause error messages getting to clouds that you see on youtube as it won't be able to get as low as you may like.

an RDA is a Rebuildable Dripping Atomizer. They are fairly cheap. You can get an IGO-L with the air hole drilled out to 5/64th" for about $16 shipped on ebay.

RBA is a Rebuildable Tank Atomizer (don't know why they made it an RBA not and RTA lol) and THOSE get very expense. Kayfun 3.1 goes in the triple digits and 60+

But a Starter RDA is fairly cheap and give you a good deck to build on to start.

a original rda can be costly but all 3 of my regularly used rda's were all under $20 bucks. 2 trident clones and 1 igo-w3(I have a thing for adjustable airflow rda's). Personally I find the trident's easier to build on with the extra deck space. The Igo-w3 hits harder but can be frustrating to rebuild as the 4 negative post take up a ton of deck space.

Nope on both. Igo-L is perfect for a beginning RDA. Like $10-$15, depending on where you buy it. Easily had local or online. Dallas ought to have a zillion local shops. Lucky you in a big city.

A tank and a ProVari does not make clouds. You are looking for a mech mod and an RDA. I would highly suggest you refrain from cloud chasing at this point. Do some research on mech mods, batteries, battery safety, Ohm's Law and RDAs. Then consider cloud chasing. Clouds are not the end all of vaping. Quiting smoking is the point.

don't knock tanks, a good genesis with cotton wick can keep up with any dripper. And no, low resistance doesn't mean squat on a regulated. there its all about coil mass vs temperature. 1.7 to 2.5 is optimum on a provari, it allows the device to hit its wattage limit before hitting the amp or volt limit. Stock I recommend the kraken, though I had some killer results drilling out a steam turbine. My kraken is running a .55 dual right now, and will fog up my car cheech and chong style with 2-3 one second pulls

I thought the same thing until I went to a few around and couldn't find any that were either not too out of budget or didn't interest me but ill keep looking although I just bought an aerotank today lol but still want to try some of these rda/rba.
