I am pretty much down to 0 nic at this point. I still have some very diluted 6mg and some rare occasion Heathers Heavenly Legend at 6mg.
When I switched to 6mg I started using mostly mint flavors, and I am pretty sure that has helped.

I have just started DIY, you can imagine just how cheap this is at 0 nic.

On purpose, I am mixing 70 PG/30 VG for the throat hit. I am curious to know what flavors will increase throat hit.

And any other tips to increase throat hit.

Thanks!

pseudo-nicotine. surely there is something out there. throat hit is the only reason I haven't dropped my nic level down to zero. don't like methol or anything minty. don't want to increase my PG - would rather lower it. think I will google pseudo nicotine or similar chemical make up of nicotine etc. etc. and see what comes up.

found D-Nicotine. the information was so far over my head I had no idea what I was reading.

Cinnamon gives throat hit, but can crack plastic tanks. Menthol and koolada gives throat hit, but it's not everyone's cup of tea. I've never tried the alcohol thing, besides flavors that are based in alcohol such as VZ SC, so no comment there. I do recall VZ SC Gourmet Pineapple having a hell of a throat hit at 2%. You could add some koolada/menthol to go a step further.

Lightly Mentholated
2% VZ SC Gourmet Pineapple
1.5% Menthol
.5% Koolada

Mentholated
2% VZ SC Gourmet Pineapple
3% Menthol
1.5% Koolada

Frozen
2% VZ SC Gourmet Pineapple
5% Menthol
3% Koolada

Obviously you could experiment with adding this and that, like Bavarian Cream, Cinnamon(?), other fruits, etc.

Actually, Koolada gives that cool feeling, without any menthol/mint flavor. Try 1 drop per ml to start.;)

When I first mixed Koolada, I used like 3% off the bat with no menthol and it tasted so awful for some reason. Since then, I always pair it with menthol and the issue went away.
