best type of vg

i am looking to buy vg to diy
but there are so many different types of vg that i am not sure of which is the best one for e liquid
whether that is pharmaceutical or food
as i have heard people say certain ones give them headaches
and which is the best for taste also as i am unsure
i nearly ordered industrial vg thats why i am asking

i have used vg from essentials depot (via amazon) with no issues when i started diy... switched over to vg from nude nicotine, since I get all my nic there (amazing quality nic base) and have had great results...

thanks but what type of vg are they pharmaceutical grade or food as would like to know which is best before i order

based on product description, i am guessing pharma grade... based on USP certification...

that does not necessarily mean it is 'best' - but it is what i am using successfully

I have a good stock of nic base, flavorings and PG so I buy Humco Glycerin from Walmart. It's USP grade vegetable based. $3.88 for 6 oz. It's in the skin care area.

It's fine if it has USP and or BP on the container.
