Best way to Clean a CE4 heads for new flavors

What's the best method(s) to clean the new CE4 rebuild-able clearos for new/different flavors? Do you rinse the heads/wicks, then let them dry? as always thanks for the experience and info.

I've been just rinsing under water between flavors. The nice thing about the replaceable head is being able to pop a clean dry one in while the cleaned one dries. I have some Natural tobacco that clogs wicks and gunks up the coil real quick. So I washed it, soaked overnight in Isopropyl Alcohol, washed, soaked in Ethanol and it cleaned up the coil and wick well enough.

Disassemble, rinse well in water, blot wicks, dry burn, fill, vape. First few hits may be weak while the water drys out of the wicks, but no biggie. I actually have dry ones I pop in after I dry burn the wet one and then I don't even have to wait for the water burn out.

I don't use anything but plain old water and it works just fine.

I use 91% alcohol from the drug store. Evaporates &the dries fast, leaves no after taste. Works great even on the disposable old style visions that don't have replaceable wicks.

Yes, I found it best for me, to just let them dry. Put another head in and use that till it needs cleaned. When its time to dry burn, i like to rinse with hot water after the dry burn and again, let dry. I usually rotate 2 or 3 heads for a given device.

when you guys say dry burn, I get it, running a charge through the device dry, but how long would you guestimate is "enough", and it won't destroy the device? I do have some alternate heads I can swap out, so I get the rotation gig, kinda planned on that. Just got my 1300 spinner today, and 23 flavors and nic base came in today too. so, it is going to be a busy weekend. I already found a great mix I really dig, but with all these choices, I want to try some stuff that's new to me. Thanks for taking the time to hook up a noob. cheers.

i also have some 510 LR attys and carts, so i can do the drip thing also to try the flavors and vape out, until my extra heads and 4 more ce4 v3's come in. I just got 2 ce4 version 3's in on Monday, and I really like not having to mess with liquid all the time.
