Best way to contact

Like the title says. I would like an update on my order. I sent a message through the website, and also a PM on this forum. I have not gotten any response. The last thing I got was an order confirmation, on April 25th. Nothing I ordered was listed as Out of Stock.

Someone has to know how to get a response. I wanted this order by this Friday.

Sorry i haven't replied to your email yet, i get about 200-300 every weekend and i don't get caught up on them all until about mid week. Orders for PrecisePlus's are taking about 5-7 business days to fill from date of order. So yours placed on Friday should be done later this week or early next week. We will send you out a tracking number too when it ships.

It seems like the best way to contact is right here in the forum rather than PMs or emails.
What did you order? If your order total was under the Priority Mail price threshold, it'll ship First Class with no tracking and just show up one day in your mailbox. If you ordered a mod, it might be several weeks before it ships, and you'll be notified when it does.

Guess I will be SOL for this Saturday. I needed a mod to run a tank on.

Thanks. I got a notification by email. I was just hoping to have it for tomorrow. I will be where it would be easier to use than a box mod. I am anxious to try it with a tank.
