It will be more or less like this pic shows, wire the two connectors together. Then use magic putty to fill up the join area.

How many of your 35 posts are spamming your PVMA thread warp?

Jrd: I'm guessing that you want to use your 901 mods/batteries for a 510 atomizer? You'll need a dead 901 atomizer, a dead 510 battery, some wire, a soldering iron, and a piece of tubing (preferably from the battery of the 510)

Extract your connectors from each, wire the positives together, wire the negatives together (run the wires through the tube) and then a quick tab of epoxy or jbweld to hold each connector into the tube. Now you just screw it onto your 901 mod/battery/passthru and then screw your 510 atomizer onto your adapter. Easy peasy :)

NP at all, I usually make them sans the tube for 801->901 and 901->801, but going from anything to 510 is a bit odd as the connector is recessed and not extruded, so you need the extra room. You'll probably find it easiest to solder both wires onto the 510 first, and then feed them through the tube and cut them to length so you'll only have to shove a little bit back inside. Try to use thin wire for the positive connection so you're not putting too much tension on it, it only takes a little bit and you'll move the insulator bit enough to ground it out and you'll be sitting there wondering why the hell your mod isn't working anymore.

Thanks mate, first one to make sense :D

Having made a few of these, the hardest part of the process is getting the brass ends out without any damage.

Here is mine:-
