Best way to measure battery spring?

So I have a GhostModder mod and would like to know how to get another battery spring that fits. You might say, why not ask GM himself, thing is I have and have not gotten a response and its been weeks. How do I measure this? And what kind of metal would be best for conductivity?

digital caliper would be the easiest way to measure the spring. I would say copper or brass spring would be the best for conductivity.

But what about the spring tension? I know some are stiffer than others
