hi Hommer. I have heard a using a milk frother to get the juice to a foamy state is the best (Mallard reaction). I use an ultra sonic jewelry cleaner to both vibrate and heat my juice (staying under 150 degrees) and increase steeping. I intend to get a milk frother to try it out soon, and the article I read was a blender can do the same.

You might find the answer to vape wizard in these blogs :

I just mix 10-20ml batches in 30ml bottles until i find exactly what I want. Then i step up to making 200ml batches in a 240ml bottle. The extra space gives me plenty of room for it to slosh around and mix thoroughly when I shake it. Too cheap to buy a stirrer or any of that when shaking it by hand does the job just fine.

I mostly mix in smaller batches (30-50mL at a time). I just leave a little extra space in the bottle/don't fill it to the brim to allow for adequate air so that when I shake (like @speed_r6 eloquently said) it leaves "plenty of room for it to slosh around and mix thoroughly".

I've never had any troubles like nicotine settling on top or whatever.

I've had Ouzo before :)

It was Maillard reaction.

Maillard reaction is a chemical reaction between amino acids and reducing sugars that gives browned foods their desirable flavor. Seared steaks, pan-fried dumplings, breads, toasted marshmallows, and many other foods undergo this reaction

Doesn't sound like anything I would want to do to my juice

I use a crockpot to warm my juice and then use a milk frother. I also have an ultrasonic cleaner that I have used and I personally think the milk frother is superior. I mix my ejuice in a 150ml beaker and just let it sit in the crockpot uncovered. The warm water thins the vg and I use the milk frother for about a minute. I let it continue to sit in the warm water and when the bubbles clear I use the milk frother again for another minute. I do this about every 10 minutes for about an hour ot so. I have done it for my last couple batches and I am very happy with the results.
