hey guys,

I'm an advanced vaper now, normally use rba / rda / sub-ohm and what not. Have been doing it for the past year+.

On black friday I bought on the cheap some 50 XL cartomizers just to revisit this system.

But now I need a carto tank! since this is not my primary way of vaping I just want a decently looking (like silver caps without decor) but good XL carto that is below $40, maybe $50

Any recommendations?

Your help is appreciated.

Four diameters of tanks to choose from: 15, 19, 22, 25mm. About $25 ($19 ss caps; $6 for glass tube).

Thank you all, it seems IBTank is the winner, too bad it doesn't have a fill port!

I'm actually pleased that it doesn't have a fill port. Although those tanks have their fans, I'm not one of them. Trust me.

Many of the tanks with fill ports have inner pressure issues with the tank which can lead to flooding issues with the cartomizer. And then there is always the potential issue of losing the fill screw, which renders the tank useless. When you order a complete tank kit from IBTanked, you'll be given the option to get a tank filling tool, which allows filling the tank to be just as easy and fast as using a tank fill port.

I'm a cartotank guy. I've owned tanks from several manufacturers over the last 1 1/2 years of vaping, and to me the best value are the IBTanked. I currently own over a dozen of them in various sizes. I couldn't love them more.

I only have experience with the IBtanked offerings. Definitely not as glamorous as some I've seen. They are elegant in a understated way. Very well built, and work flawlessly so far for me. My Dad has two Kir Fanis tanks, and while their sexy tanks, I'll be ordering more from IBtanked! IMO, they are the best value for a high quality Pyrex tank. :vapor:

Fill ports are no big deal when you have a good tank tool like the IB Tanked or the old Valley View unit.

I've been meaning to give one of these a try as they look pretty tight also:

Another vote for the IBT. I have 2, and wish I had 10!

I actually JUST got this fill tool in the vape mail yesterday, and I can't get it to work at all. I fill it, but the pressure inside the tank keeps the liquid from flowing out into the tank itself. (At least I assume that's what us happening) I even tried it on a smok tank wit the same result. Anybody else try one and have it work?

Ok, I looked up some reviews online. You have to keep it tilted for the liquid to flow out. It worked. I think the regular filling tip is easier honestly.
