I need to order those Fruit Tingle things. The Aussies keep mentioning them as being "exactly like Betelgeuse" and I've never tried one!

if not the same name see the following:

Fruit Tingles:
While unique in flavour, and level of effervescence, they are most similar to Wonka brand Bottle Caps, and SweeTarts in the US markets, and Refreshers in the UK

Just something about them is so very similar to BG and i'm very pleased!

I think they are similar to Bottle Caps, maybe slightly more on the sour side? Either way if I had to relate the juice to a real life food item Fruit Tingles are the strongest candidate in my opinion :D:2c:

Sounds like fruit tingle is similar to nesco wafers.

Bottle Caps are yummy - never had a nesco wafer?

I tend to forget that I'm dealing with a younger generation(s) around here. Nesco wafers were a chalky fruit flavored disk. They were "dry" tasting although some even tasted like chalk.

I confess, born in 1977. I still have an affinity for old school candy though... I was the mayor of the Old Market Candyshop on Foursquare before I got busy with Nicoticket... still working off those pounds too. :)

Or you could always do something like this to match those purple bags :

Purple Grape Tootsie Roll Frooties Chewy Candy • Taffy Candy • Oh! Nuts®

Ordered about 30 pounds of Zotz! LOL

Hmmm, will there be a replacement on the horizon for GA?

I flippin hope not. That one needs to stay, it's amazing. I've been on it for a few days, and off and on mixing it with Gravity. Any ratio and it's amazing.

Clark did say he was thinking about keeping Hummingbird around in another thread. I haven't got mine yet, but I really hope GA doesn't go anywhere.

We'll probably burn out Grap3 Ap3 and then set it down for a while. Hummingbird is great, also - despite having some additional storage space we're really limited on the number of flavors we can offer. We we want to continue to be able to do "new" stuff (short-runs) we have to keep it under 12 flavors for sure. The first and the most important thing is to get a "near-zero" offering for all the flavors we offer permanently. After that's complete, we'll have to make some decisions about which short-run flavors have good potential to keep around seasonally (for the summer, for example)... or even permanently. Hummingbird and Grape Ape are both good candidates!
