I am new to vaping and recently had a bad experience with an online company called "Electronic Cigarettes Fast.com".
They market themselves as a way to get vaping products quickly and inexpensively. Their prices are quite attractive (at least until you see some of the alternatives from more reputable dealers.)
But what they lack completely is any commitment to customer service.
I bought a starter kit from them for about $40 that came with two batteries. Both have been charged properly, never being left on longer than the instructions say. And in less than a month, both are going dead after less than an hour of use. They offer a 30 day guarantee but no one ever answers their customer support line, so it is impossible to get service. I have left multiple messages and no one will call me back. And finally, they charge $9 for priority shipping but then turn around and send it regular mail. One package I received came 4 days late and the sender had only paid $2 postage. Presumably, he added $7 to his profit.
I want to send it back and claim the guarantee but have a feeling the product will disappear into a void along with my money.
I can't say yet how good the product will be, but I recently bought a replacement kit from Liberty Heights. Their customer service is amazing. Their representative patiently answered about a half dozen email from me, helping me select the best starter product. You might want to try them instead.
