From what I understand, they are a little slow to ship and the customer support is not great.... At least, this is what I've read...

I don't think I've heard anything negative about their actual products, though.

oh, yeah CS sucks

good nic though

i'm conducting a test here. Big broohaha over synthetic nic being better. So I'm giving friends a bottle of synth and a bottle [10 ml] of tobacco derived, just labelled "a" and "b" and seeing what they think without the $300 ltr price tag of synthetic

Ah! A Pepsi challenge, of sorts... ;)

I'm interested to hear the results. :thumb:

This VT is pretty good, though I think I mixed it a little strong...

I just dumped the whole 120ml into a 1000ml bottle, then added 550ml of VG, and 25ml of PG... Basically, 700ml's of 18mg/ml at 80/20 VG/PG...

It's a little stout... Might need to cut it with a little more VG...

Tastes pretty good, though. :)

And yes,.....I know what you're thinkin', Doff...

:D

I'm not sure how psychological it is. But the non tobacco nic I got is good.

Seems like the single malt of the nic world. If you drink scotch, you'll know how SM burns the throat different to blended. And the NTN is similar... No scratchiness or lingering TH. Just clean.

Spendy though. So maybe I just want it to be good.

Hence the pepsi challenge

Yeah, yeah. Going to take a lot more than you guys to get me to agree to getting hitched. Discussions with the ex's to see what they have to say about his character would be required.
You're not hitched? Will PM my exs' 411 immediately. Then maybe we can chat!
and yes the apostrophe is in the correct spot!

I did that with four "premium" nics and about a dozen people in the Nicotine Comparisons thread about a year and a half ago. Two of the nics were NN and VT. The other two were even more "premium" (i.e. cost more). When the results were tallied, NN came out as the cleanest. I now have a lifetime supply of NN as a result.

I tried NN, one time. I agree, it was very clean. Almost too clean.... I find that I like a little taste, given that I'm using unflavored, 90+% of the time...
If I was using it to mix with flavors, I would imagine there is no such thing as too clean.

I have a ton of WL, from a couple years ago, along with a several liters of MFS, in the freezer. I'm not too picky, in that regard. :)

I vape unflavoured. I think ross does too.

Just add more nic :w00t:

A few of months ago, I found a half liter (four 120ml bottles) of WL in the bottom of my freezer that I forgot I had. I bought it quite early on, the spring of 2014. It was still in the original PET bottles too. So on a whim, I mixed one of those bottles down to my usual unflavored base (65%VG, 15mg nic). IMO, it compares quite favorably with all of the "premium" nics, including NN. Had I tried it sooner, I probably would have bought more of it in 1 liter bottles and repackaged it in 120ml glass myself. The savings would have been significant compare to the freezer-ready Armor I got from NN.

Dunno about MFS; never used it.

Mostly. All three of the mods I'm hitting regularly right now have unflavored in the bottles. Two of them get some DYI flavors dripped in from the top as needed. The third (and most used) is a flavor virgin.

Just add more nic :w00t:
I'm trying to cut back! The last batch I mixed was 14 instead of 15! :p

Well,....I guess it's about time I finished one of the Triangular mods.....

A little history, first.....

Initially, it was to look like this.....

LHCcdpFl.jpg

The thing I just couldn't get past was this....

Q2Xqo3Zl.jpg

The button, being centered, sat right in front of a magnet. Even with the button shrunk down from 7/16" to 3/8", it was right up against the atty.

And that's with a 22mm atty....making it impossible to run a 24mm atty, at all... :(

Once the decision was made to increase the bottle size to 10ml, It moved the atty a little farther away, but still not enough for a 24mm atty, and that's with a 3/8" button, which in my humble opinion is too small...

I decided, at that point, that the button didn't belong in the center. It just wasn't right for this mod.

After much consideration, I decided to move it over to the left. Like this...

lt0iCcXl.jpg

Now that the button is in this location,... a location that no one else is using,... It just seems right. To me, at least...

When holding the mod with the flat side, the "back" of the mod, against the palm of your right hand, it seems natural that the button be where it is. When I hold it this way, my ring finger reaches around just perfectly to hit the squonk hole. It also works really well for a thumb squonk, without having to adjust your grip. :)

So what you have is a parallel, dual 18650 squonker, that accepts the 10ml Cappy V4 silicone bottle, Made from 7068 aluminum, with solid silver positive and negative contacts, that uses the conductive metal body as an integral part of the circuit. :thumb:

I will use the same bridge that I use for the inline dual 18650 (CCII), that has the solid silver strip, connecting the battery +'s. This way, you'll have a single, silver to silver, make/break point, on the top side of the bridge, and not at the battery itself. And, of course, you'll have the solid silver negatives in the bottom of the battery holes.

It's gonna be awesome.

I should have said the button is over the opposite battery, from the NP. :)

I guess you could technically say that it is configured much like a LH NP would be. One would simply hold it in there left hand, and it would operate the same way a regular NP would operate in the right hand. ;)

We've got a long way to go before I could consider doing them in a different material, though. WAY too much invested, at this point, in the 7068 aluminum ones...
