Lightroomkillertips.com has a great section on Lightroom development. Fredmiranda.com is a far better site than dpreview.com imo.
The kelbyone.com training courses for $150 (find a coupon) a year are absolutely phenomenal and cover all aspects from shooting to development.
There are a couple of good books.
Understanding exposure
Learning to see creatively both by I think Joel Peterson or Patterson
The National Geographic better guide to field photography (I think that's the title) is another good book.
If you want more free resources let me know. Also for your camera. If you can find a book by Gary Friedman - if he's done one for that camera or a precursor should be fine. They're very good "manual supplement" type books that will teach you everything about your cameras.
