Having a busy day - working from home I am doing way more than I did at the office !
But...I am getting 3 offices cleaned up of their messes...telling myself to not get frustrated at them

When my wife was employed she worked from a home office. It had a lot of advantages. While it seemed to be a nice gig from the outside looking in, one of the disadvantages for her was a longer day than if she was in an office where everyone went home at 5PM. And then, if she had a brilliant thought later in the evening or on the weekend, up she went to get that spreadsheet, email or whatever going. In some ways she never left the job, after all, it was "just upstairs and will only take a minute or two".

I know that story quite well! Slight variation with mine is that I also have scheduled tasks that have to be done at night. A normal day is logging in to work when I would have headed out the door, and not logging out until I would have gotten home. But I avoid the work area otherwise

I would not be able to do what I do in an open office area with constant interruptions.
The calls I get from staff wanting help is disruptive enough
