That's a rule I disagree with myself. Just because you sell a product you can't use the forum an an individual anymore? You could be helping others with your expertise but instead you can only sell your product. I could see a rule not allowing you to try to sell your mods outside of the vendor forums, but to ban you from all the other forums seems counter productive and deffinatly not in the best interests of the other members.Thanks, Doffy! Side note,..... I have been wanting to get away from PP for a while now. Seeing what they did to Chowder a while back, their ridiculous policies, not to mention their excessive fees.... I'd really rather not give them any more money. Having said that,... I will still accept PP, if that's the only method someone feels comfortable with, or is the only practical way for them to pay.
What I'd prefer is google wallet. It seems to be working really well. Simple to set up, in my case anyway,.... and the funds are transferred instantly, so there shouldn't be any delays, like you have with, for instance, popmoney. I can do popmoney, but it does take a few days for the funds to clear....
For those outside the US, TransferWise is a good option. It does take 2 or 3 days for the funds to clear, but it works well and the fees are small...
Anyhow,.... just putting it out there....
