I took my old little o rings that came with the REO mini (3ml) bottles and put in in the Vapage cap. It fits perfectly around the little indentation where the hole is drilled out, seems to provide a little more cushion and top seal when you screw the bottle back in.

A 510 drip tip o ring might work also, haven't tried but should be pretty close.

Good ideas, there. I need to order some o rings, I'll find out some sizes and get them coming. For now, I could cannibalize one of my drip tips I don't use .

It's a super slick design, man. Doesn't take a whole lot of effort to get these running! It'll probably have a Stumpy on it...but I'm trying the REMatty on there. I like the REM and I haven't seen many pics with it... The REM likes the power this sucker gives it!

Drip tip o ring should do the trick!
You will have to adjust the cap of the bottle a little to sit up a bit higher on the feed screw because with the oring in the cap the bottle doesn't screw all the way in so it will bottom out in the CC and the top cap wont sit flush.

How low can you go!?

Had to trim the feed tube so the bottle didn't bottom out. Can't go any lower than this, but I don't mind the small gap since the Thump can get a little hot at times.

I'd definitely like to try out some new bottles. My bottle on my CC is already going bad. Funny, I've got a Vapage bottle on another mod that I've been using for many months and still works without leaks or thread problems. This one is one of the others that just didn't hold up. It refused to squonk and popped the top and tried it out of the CC and it was leaking air around the cap. Being at work, I wasn't about to be without my mod, so I wrapped the bottle threads with Teflon tape and good to go!

Hey, Paul! Sorry about the bottle. I will send you a couple replacements, if you like. Or,..I can send a couple 6ml bottles with o-rings installed... Just let me know which you prefer.

Thanks, Corey, that's not necessary. I have about a dozen Vapage bottles and several spare Reo bottles. I like using the larger bottles for the capacity. If nothing, I'll get another Vapage ready in case the little oring tip won't work.

Hopefully it was just a bad one... I've been rotating between two 9ml bottles in one of my mods for a while now, and haven't had any problems... Let us know how the other bottles work out.
