I could be persuaded to visit my home state some time about 4th of July weekend for a PA shindig.

I'm in bucks county every year for the 4th anyway.

Any other time could prove difficult to impossible.
Can't say for sure yet, but chances are I'll be in NE FL then. Speaking of which, if you're ever headed for FL again you'd better say so in your travels thread, 'cause if I'm down there, I will make you stop. ;)

I've done it both ways. Camping from a bike is easier than backpacking ('cause you're not as worried about weight), but a hotel room is way more comfortable, and not having to haul as much stuff around makes riding funner. :D

The federal tree huggers still not allow them to trim the trees at scenic overlooks? It's been a few years now, but I saw a progression over the years that made many scenic overlooks unusable since I was a wee one in the back seat. Us flatlanders (my Dad and I) went there at least 2 times a year and occasionally I would get bussed there or back. My Mother's family is all over them hills. Maggie Valley in the right time of the year is to cry over the beauty.

Tim, bro, stoked that you finally get to experience the awesomeness of the CC experience. You got no worries if that bad boy hits the ground or slides down a rock covered hill except finding it and brushing it off right? Sh it's solid as a rock man. Rock on my man :headbang:

I would imagine I would feel a little "tingly" in my lower anatomy if I rode my 1971 Triumph Bonneville all the way there!
Great for local sprints but for the long haul, not sure.

I did a good jot on my Bonneville once. I was a lot younger and there was a fantastic ride on a Hurricane waiting for me as incentive.

Whazzup brother Corey :toast:.

So cool to see a sloth, an emotional stability one, in the Adirondacks with a CC.:headbang:
It's an emotional mod bro...an emotional stability mod, if you will...even just thinking, "what should be her first hike," is a challenging question...there are so many "firsts" to experience with her :w00t:

And then that beautiful aluminum up there will be coming home soon too!! :w00t::w00t:

(and not longer after...copper, me hopes...hint, hint ;))

What's hair?
Heh, I'm lucky to have any at all, all the men in my family had lost a lot of their hair by 30. Guess it's 'cause I'm the rocker of the family. Rocking Sloth Bassist Extraordinaires just simply need a full head of raggedy hairy.

Oh man, I need to write a jam for this here Gilgamesh :headbang:

^ Dude, lookin real forward to the movie. This might a cool one to do out of character brother.
Funny you say that, I was kind of leaning that way myself TBH. I think this mod is just too serious of a mod, too epic, to talk in meatball voice with a sloth hat on. The vid'll be a couple, maybe 3 weeks, because I need to collect some epic footage for the music outro. And that means I need to get my boots dirty and put in some serious mileage
