It looks like the 7075 is a viable option. Due to a little higher material cost, and more time to machine,... the price will have to be $450. I don't anticipate there being 2 of these in very many pairs, so I'll make it a point to put in the extra hours to keep the 2 per week thing going.

I've got plenty of 6061 and 7075 to make either/or. In all honesty, 6061 is plenty bulletproof for these mods.... but I know some folks like the idea of the harder material, and I aim to please... ;)

I'll be sure to ask before I start an aluminum mod, 6061 or 7075???

In other words,.... it's all good, Rudy!!! :D

Pace yourself buddy, don't kill yourself!! Us that ordered our mods of distinction aren't going anywhere. Better to be slow, steady, healthy, maintain balance of personal & family time. :smokie:
