Hey, I used to spend close to $100 a week on cigarettes. I've "saved" nearly $10k since I replaced smoking with vaping. I have NOT spent $10k on mods. Yet.

OK, mods, atties, freezers, and a lifetime supply of nic... Yeah, I probably have spent $10k or more. Doesn't matter. I can now vape effectively for free (and in style!) for the rest of my life if I choose to (or it becomes necessary).

Just teasing. You work hard for your money just like the rest of us! I have spent way more on vaping than I did on cigarettes but like you said, once amassed it gets much cheaper.

Now will you please tell me about titanium coils?

Honestly, it took me a while to get used to the weight of the copper CeeCee. It's still not an out-and-about mod for me -- too dang heavy to lug around, but it gets used a lot at home now and does travel back and forth between PA and FL with me.

Well, unless you're using a mod with a regulator board that's got temperature control capabilities, there's nothing to tell, other than, "don't". I built a DNA40 squonker the weekend after the DNA40 (first board with temperature control) was released in October of 2014, and found out rather quickly that I did not care for nickel, but that titanium also works, and is, IMO, much better for that application. But these days, I'm back to vaping primarily mechs (my pdib and CC mods) with good old Kanthal.

Out of curiosity, how much heavier is the copper compared to brass? The weight of my brassie is one of the things I really like about it's form factor. Are brass and copper comparable weight wise? Or is copper even heavier?

Copper is slightly heavier, but probably not enough to notice.

Wait! What? Already? Most excellent!!!

You know, I really like copper myself especially when all shiny. Some of the hardest hitting devices there is. What I don't like about copper ( as Rossum has shown) is that it has a tendency to patina while you are looking at it. Guess I'm just not a patina guy pur se, but I have to say those babies are downright sexy right off the mill...
