Speaking of Delrin..............

Hi Corey, question:
Do you make the "bottom rim" of the delrin the same thickness as the metal? I didn't compare mine, guess I could have before asking. I found a slightly longer throw with the delrin since it doesn't have that thin wafer on the bottom like the metal. Wasn't sure if you made the rim just a mm or so thicker to make up the difference?

An excellent question. I've often wondered this, but don't have a metal button to compare my delrin one to.

Hey, Rudy!

The PEEK insulator I install on the bottom of the metal buttons is .025"

I do make the flange on the Delrin and Ultem buttons .025" thicker than on the metal buttons, to compensate.

Silly question!

I just thought of something, when you did my silver contact install and rebend of my copper tab back to 'factory' bend is when I noticed the throw difference. Makes sense to me now. It's all good!!

I did the silver contact and rebend of the pos tab on my aluminum. Working like a champ! Next up, my brass CC and.

Oh, Corey. The Reo contacts I got from you are working perfectly. I did a mod on one of my Reos to try out the beckdg mod and it's so much better!
