Finally got @TheKiwi taken care of.

And,....I had to make an emergency pin, and a consolation button........

We had the first ever, brass pin snap, while over tightening.

Less than 24 hour turnaround on the replacement part.

You should have it Monday, buddy!

It's very hard to replicate the same environment especially in low ohms, you have to have the same push the same battery the same area of contact. But of course it can give you an idea.

Not expecting accuracy to the milli volt. What's a tenth or two amongst friends?...
