Well more info than I expected... But very much appreciated!!! Very cool ;) For those that don't speak car...it translates into a pretty smokin ride
I haven't taken it to the drag strip or had it dyno'd, so I can't say anything more specific than "It definitely doesn't take it two trips to haul :censored:"

Funny with every press the deoxit gold is pushed around the spot and at the spot it stays dry lol. Gotta buy some no-ox-id as well

Corey, would 2500 sand paper on the silver pin scratch it?

This black spot is driving me crazy. I will order simichrome soon. But until now cue tip and car rims aluminum polish is not removing it.

I would stick to higher grits like 4000 TBH. Surface conductivity is highly correlated to the smoothness of the contact surface

i bought a little tube of no-oxid from kidney puncher some time ago for a couple of bucks. It's - how can i put this delicately? -it's stickier than Deoxit. It's basically like earwax in a tube!!

So it sticks on your firing pins for a long time. Recommended. Deoxit gets used on my batteries now and then, but the no-oxid gets used on all my and HRH's firing pins.

Nailed it! :D

Yep,...being an electrically conductive "grease",...it tends to stay put. :thumb:

Ya know,...one could just use "bulb grease", like they have at the checkout counter at most auto parts stores. Ya know,...the stuff you use for headlights, blinker bulbs, and such....

Super cheap! :thumb:

No necesito, mi amigo.... :)

Though, the smoother the surface, the better. :thumb:

The no-ox-id is a good investment, tho. Amazon has it. Is good. ;)

It's like 12 bucks.
Guess what you'll be shipping with my next package ... lol j/k (maybe)
