I love the ocean and the gulf here...the water is so warm...WAY much better than that ice cold Pacific Coast water !!
Did you clean or sand the contact prior to applying?
It won't remove the black spot but, prevents it better than anything else

I honestly haven't had a black spot since I started using it. It's odd from my experience you're still getting one...

Yeah, im not experiencing anything different from deoxit in the black spot prevention
so...sheepishly admitting...I saw a tiny bit of a wet spot on my neg contact and neg end of battery when I first got this...I freaked and thought I had managed to get liquid in there somehow...so of course I wiped it all up and inspected things

Last I heard, you were nowhere near the sea. In fact, IIRC, you were adamantly distant and removed from any body of saltwater or any climatic effects or phosphorous overtones typical of such.
