I hope so. The market butcher wouldn't for me. If not check the packaged stuff. I was about to grind my own when I found those. They're a little pricey. Could definitely get away with just the brisket. Sirloin jacked my initial costs up greatly. Please report back. I hope you like them.

Edit: Wegmans should have Schweid & Sons products...so they should have those brisket chuck burgers

I've been lucky enough to get a few deer for the last couple of years. I mix my burger 50/50 with ground venison and it's absolutely delicious, not to mention really lean [emoji39]

When did the spit back become a serious problem? Never had spit back with any of my builds. And i vape at 0.3 ohms. Maybe because i roll with tensioned coils? anyway even if i had who cares? it is just few drops of liquid on your tongue

My only trip to the US was 10 days, 3 in NYC and 7 in Vegas. The only advice I got is eat Shake Shack in NYC and In-Out-Burger in Vegas. That's what i did. (all day every day)
