'17 Outback...has AWD, so it should be fine but around here there's no takin' chances. Gotsta have those winter tires

I love my Outback. I can pass by a lot of gas stations and be very comfortable in the seat while doing it.

Wise man. Mobility in snow is more about having the right tires than anything else. Way back when, I used to get funny looks from people in AWD cars and SUVs when my obviously FWD VW Rabbit would pull away from them in the snow. The secret? A limited-slip diff (aftermarket) and actual, dedicated SNOW TIRES. Most folks in their AWD cars thought they didn't need snow tires.
Pffft...

What you need is 40 tons of traction.

I mean I concur.

I'm envious of you all' weather. Winter hit hard here today with 71 degrees and rain! Good thing I too have awd, bought it's an 2013 apr stage 3 golf left over from my youthful years. You know. A couple years back before I turned forty. :/ 360 lb ft of two is nice with awd though.

I only have a standard before shot, my "pro shots" need to be migrated. But this is my midlife crisis mobile. It's an Audi in golf clothing for those unfamiliar. 2500 a year in the USA for 2/4 model years. So this rising blue is limited to maybe 450 released in the USA.

Apr tuned stage three means replaced down pipe, intake, high o pressure fuel pump for more flow, and CPU tuned.

I also added euro suspension for a 1 inch drop and ran some staggered spacers,

About 360hp / 360 tq with short shift 6 spd (I like paddle shifters at this point in my life especially with Audi dsc but so many people complained the R was only released as a six spd

Right afr I bought is is when all the back stuff hit. So it's just over three years old with 6400 miles on it. I went stage three about 2k miles ago / 2 years ago. And now it's probably going up for sale. :(

Os here is the sort of standard shot, sorry it isn't any good.

Here is the baby again stretching and smiling. She's always so happy and it's infectious. If my ex will know longer let me see her I think I'm going to foster a dog over the holidays

Here are some storm troopers in a deep conversation. A few mins later the one on the right was crying iirc. I use some focusing a lot with fixed 35 since all autofocus is too slow for life and too obvious. In this case I use the Leica X one which has a business auto focus so the entire time I owned it every shot was zone. Unfortunately it's been down sampled so it's a bit grainy and crappy looking. I really need to get some photos on this damn laptop/tablet

I need to get my cc gun pic up here. A current Inc ephoto of my car, and just get out of this damn room. I have a task now to take a shot. Winter is here so 70 degrees means I can venture out for osme photography finally. Get is,e exercise hopefully not make things worse. I sold s lot of pro gear for the rx1 since it's the second sharpest camera in existence below medium format and it is a Jackie too diet full frame fixed 35mm I don't have to sacrifice quality for back saving size. I shot a lot of primes anyway , I'd have preferred his to be a 50. Or a 28. 35 works but means cropping.

Happy Monday and whatnot.
