Once, on carpet. It bounced a few times and the magnets held strong. Not a scratch or dent but it was on carpeting. Sent my drip tip and cyclone cap flying though.

I think you will like them and should fit perfect. Just need to do the extra step of drilling out top cap holes though.
I'm starting to get antsy now. At first I thought 9-12 weeks was not a bad wait time, it's only been about 7 DAYS now since I got on the list and it seems like an eternity especially when I keep coming back here and drooling over the production pictures !

I actually have a few Vapage bottles lying around somewhere - now the trick will be to find them!

I just spoke to the fine folks over at Vapage, and they tell me 2 to 3 weeks before they'll have any in stock. I asked about buying in bulk, they said they don't have any available at all, and they don't do bulk pricing. So,....... 6ml bottles it is, for the time being.....
Now that I have a few vapage bottles in hand, (thank you Peng and Bobc!!!) I can make sure I bore the bottle hole out to where it'll fit the 6ml, but also the vapage 9ml bottle, In case folks wanna use that. The vapage bottle is a little larger in diameter...

Great call regarding the bottle hole diameter! Good eye as both bottles are very close. Little details that make the difference between the best and all the rest!
With all those fine toys you have it should be easier for you to find peace than some of us common folk!

Works for me. I didn't have any trouble slipping a vapage bottle in mine, but it was empty. I am happy with the 7.5ml in this one. Will use my Vapage bottles in the next one
Yeah, the vapage bottle will fit in the ones I put a 7.5ml bottle in.
The ones before that, that I put the 6ml bottle in,... the vapage bottles won't fit. The difference is actually less than 1mm, but it's enough to keep it from going in...
ETA: All mods, going forward, will accept the standard 6ml bottle AND the vapage 9ml bottle...
That way folks have the option...

After 13 months plus on Peters list I finally have a masterful work of art from the wood whisperer, it wasn't easy but so worth it in the end. I feel like I have a PHD in mod waiting now. I'm sure the end result will be no less spectacular from the metal whisperer, with a much shorter wait (at least until Russ posts his "got my Custom-Classic" video review

You got tickets? Sounds like a good show. Saw ZZ Top /Jeff Beck a couple of months ago. There's a great outdoor amphitheater in St Augustine that brings in some awesome acts. Saw Yes there last year, guess I'm showing my age now
