I appreciate your offer, but I will wait for #3 to arrive before I make up my mind whether to have it fixed. It has character and I don't have to worry about damaging it. Sort of like getting that first scratch on the new car. You get to enjoy just using it after that first scratch, if that makes sense. Besides, I have the only bus stop CC mod in existence

No word yet from John.
No communication from jwraps.
Now their CS line isn't even taking my calls.
Since Cory shipped my mod out to them I've called twice.
Once to iron out details... When they said they would mail it out to John last Tuesday.
And once today to check on progress.
My phone dropped the call and now CS won't pick up.
They have all my contact info and were supposed to initiate a volley of emails and phone calls to shore up details.
Nothing...

That is a real bummer, not such great CS. Hope you get it resolved soon, so you can have your CC in your hand not theirs.

I hope they get it to you asap! John's got the size of the mod down perfectly though.... He just went off the measurements that Nauti gave him. Fits like a glove... You should just have Jwraps send it straight home to you...

Little update. Guess they got tired of me tying up their phone.
A guy answered before the automated system had a chance.
Took my number just in case and said he'll have the guy I originally set everything up with call me back.
We'll see how that goes from here.

to boot, you've got a true topographical imprint of some wee bit o' turf from the other side of the world. Just think, someday you could take a trip to "the land down under" and find the actual concrete "key" that matches your dent perfectly! What a great excuse for adventure and sleuthing!
