Been checking my email diligently as they come in.

No tracking. :(

But John will most definitely hit me up when he gets it. No worries there.

Hell, he's already hit me up to tell me he didn't get it yet.

I couldn't say enough good about dealing with him. Above and beyond every time.

From what I can tell, just like you brother Corey.

3 thumbs up on both accounts.

Well my father just remembered to hand me a "Signature required" slip from USPS he picked up from the mailbox today.
I guess it's your mod, package is from jwraps so here is me being optimistic
Looks like I will go get it Monday, and see what's in the box.

Yes, I was warned, but like I said before... once I saw one there was no turning back, I had to have it. I tend to do that, just ask Peter :)
Oh, I doubt your obsession with Peter's work is as bad as mine. :D

Now to be fair to all the other fans, I've never taken more than one spot on Peter's (or Corey's) list at a time. But that hasn't kept me from my duties as a charter member of the dibi rescue league either. :sneaky:

Not to mention, it's a good excuse for another ;)
It sure is. My second one (also aluminum) is scheduled for around Christmas. :w00t:

Guesstimate only but it's something like 3.6oz for 6000 series Al and 9.8oz for brass.:).
Its been posted before, but can't remember exactly.

Guess my memory ain't too shabby, just looked at my pm, 3.5oz Al and 9oz flat for brass:)

Russ should be along shortly to answer that question. That one's his. ;)

It came with a stumpy I purchased from catfish. I switched over to the element mods chuffs on my stumpys so I have these for standard DT applications.

Thanks element I've been wondering what the exact difference in weight was. 9oz minus Atty, battery and juice isn't too bad.
:)

I just keep leaning toward brass more everyday.

It is heavy, but with the small size it is a nice, balanced weight. Feels good in the hand. Too heavy for a pocket, imho. Excellent in a mod holster though!

No, I'm quite sure it isn't, I was more referring to my choice of spalted maple. Once I saw it, i had to have a mod from it despite Peters warnings about its delicacy.

I agree, it feels great in hand. I carry mine in pocket when wearing jeans or my favorite cargo shorts but in slacks at work, no bueno. Wish I could holster it there but I'm afraid that would not go over well.
