It takes multiple passes... On 6061, I can get it in 2 passes, each corner. 7075 takes 4 passes, each...
The DOA took 9 passes to get the one corner rounded... No shattered bits, though.

I do love having the ability to just brush those scratches away...

Yep,...that's it....that's as far as I've gotten with it...

Alright....I think I got 'er dialed in..... She takes a slower feed rate and a shallower DOC, (depth of cut)... 8 passes per corner @ 4 min./pass...

Ya might have pushed it over the edge with that 7068, it's gonna depend on whether his mill survives

And.. if it doesn't, there's a bunch a people on a list gonna be looking for you
