Nah,....corner rounding is only one of many processes it takes to make one of these mods. It just happens to be the most violent... It's basically thousands of "interrupted cuts" per minute. The harder the material, the slower I have to go on it...

We'll see what happens when I start drillin'... That's a huge time eater, right there...

Some aspects will take longer, but not all... The small parts, for instance. I have a lot of time in making the small parts for each mod, as I'm building it. I really need to take the time to build some parts out in front of these things... Things would go much faster if I could just reach into a bin, and pull the parts I need, rather than having to make 'em every time I build a mod...

I can make my mod look like new in about 60 seconds. I love the brushed aluminum CC. It's perfect for an OCD freak like me.

Which Scotch brite pad do you all recommend? I see regular pad, heavy duty pad, and non scratch pad.

Rudy, my big box of pads is in the basement. So in my laziness, here's a vid where I tell ya what they are and show ya how I run em. It's near the end bro - it's kinda like a little process.
