I think it's pretty good actually. I tested it with 2 others, a regular $15 job, a USA ohm meter and it was really close together. But my USA one has been wonky since I started using it, so I had been using my Tobeco until I got the Tab521. I like the fact that I can coil it, check the ohms, then dry fire it and adjust for any hot legs, wick it, cap it, recheck the ohms, all without ever removing the atty. It's 100% ready to go when I put it on my mod, except for juicing it. I really like it.
Usps sent me the label that they had cut off of a package that they said was empty... wanted me to send them a form, filled out with a description of what should've been inside the package... presumably so they can look around for it, to see if anything matches the description... It went from China to Chicago to Minnesota, and sat there for like 2 or 3 weeks. I received the letter from usps in Minnesota, but they wanted me to fill out the form, and send it to Atlanta...
Screw it,...I'll pay 40 bucks to not have to deal with those people, anyday... I wrote it off as a loss, and went on with my life.
I'd still like to have one, though. I'll probably wait until I can order one from somewhere here in the States...

I got mine through Angel Cigs. It took about 2-3 weeks because they order up a bunch for their US warehouse in California, then they are shipped out from there.
